By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location, or have given us permission to allow your minor dependents to use the Services.
When using our Services, including placing orders, you may be asked to provide personal details such as your email, billing, and shipping information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity under your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Bevelient Sumba Bags are handmade in Jakarta using traditional woven fabric from Sumba and top-grain leather. Because the textiles are handmade by local artisans, no two bags are ever exactly the same. This makes each piece truly unique and limited in quantity.
Colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. While we do our best to represent each product accurately, we do not guarantee the product you receive will match your screen exactly.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products as needed.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase. Bevelient reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be received and confirmed before your order is processed and accepted.
We do not offer backorders or custom remakes — once an item is sold, it cannot be produced again in the exact same form. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to cancel or change orders once accepted.
Our Refund & Repair Policy [LINK] applies to all purchases.
All purchases are intended for personal use only, not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The final price is confirmed during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and shipping information. It is your responsibility to update your account information, including payment details.
You represent that your payment method is valid and authorized and that you will cover all charges including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Regular orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received before 16:00 WIB.
For international shipping, we use Rayspeed Asia and EMS International.
Estimated shipping times:

West Malaysia: 2–3 business days

Other countries: 5–7 business days
These estimates exclude delays due to customs or airline processes.
Bevelient is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Once your order has shipped, ownership and risk transfer to you.

SECTION 6 - WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All Bevelient bags are covered by a lifetime warranty. We offer free repair services for eligible damage (excluding tears). If you need a repair, you may ship the item to us or drop it off at our store in Jakarta.
To start a repair request, email bevelient@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0897 9205 209 with your order details and photos.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Bevelient, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Bevelient, Shopify, or any third party. Bevelient is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchases made through our store are between you and Bevelient.
By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales, transactions, or related issues. You expressly release Shopify from all liability related to purchases and transactions made through Bevelient.
