Returns
We want you to love your Bevelient Sumba Bag.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Email us at bevelient@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Lifetime Warranty
Each Bevelient Sumba Bag is crafted with care — made to last a lifetime.
We offer free repairs for:
- Loose stitching
- Hardware issues (buckles, zippers, D-rings)
- Strap or handle detachment from normal use
What’s not covered:
- Tears or holes in the fabric or leather (these cannot be repaired)
- Damage from accidents or misuse (fire, water, pets, ink, chemicals)
- Fading, stains, or heavy wear from improper care
- Lost or stolen items
How to request a repair:
- Contact us at bevelient@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- You can:
- Ship your bag to our workshop in Jakarta (you cover the shipping to us; we cover the return), or
- Drop it off in person at our store in Jakarta, Indonesia — we’ll handle everything from there.
- We’ll repair your bag at no cost and notify you when it’s ready for pickup or delivery.
If specific materials are no longer available, we’ll use the closest possible match while maintaining your bag’s original spirit.
